家常菜

宅在家的日子


虽然我不爱下厨
但宅在家
还是得服侍服侍下家人


第一道：炒苦瓜




苦瓜，虾，蒜头，蛋（打散）

--〉热锅，加油，爆香蒜头，加虾
--〉蒜头和虾都呈金黄色后，加入苦瓜
--〉加调味料（适量的盐和少许的味精)
--〉加入适量的水，把打散的蛋加入
--〉让他沸腾即可上菜




第二道：薄荷汤




薄荷， 肉碎，蛋

煮汤最容易

加入适量的水，等水滚了
将肉碎搓成肉丸的形状，加入水里
加入薄荷，适当的调味料，
再次滚后，将打散的蛋倒在汤上
上菜


第三道：蒸鱼




把姜切丝， 铺在鱼上，加入适量的酱油
蒸十五分钟



就这样
简单的三道菜就可以上桌了
